| A long time board advisor to Wurldtech, Erik Dysthe, former CEO of MDSI, was appointed Chairman of the Board in September 2007. In his role as Chairman, Mr. Dysthe’s twenty-plus years experience as a strategist, entrepreneur and technologist is relied upon to provide senior management with the vision, insight and guidance to grow Wurldtech into the global leader in cyber-security. |
Mr. Dysthe’s career dates back to the 1980s when he was the senior executive in charge of building a mobile data business in Europe for MDI Mobile Data International, a predecessor company to MDSI that got taken over by Motorola in 1988. In 1992, Mr. Dysthe negotiated the purchase from Motorola of the workforce management technology to establish MDSI. Over the next fifteen years, MDSI established itself as a leader in the mobile work-force management space supplying electric, gas and water utilities as well as telco and cable operators worldwide. Prior to joining MDI in 1984, Mr. Dysthe enjoyed a successful career in sales and marketing in the petrochemical business.
Mr. Dysthe currently serves on the board of DDS Digital Dispatch Systems Inc. (TSX “DD”), Optimal Geomatics Inc. (TSX-V “OPG”) and Pacific BioEnergy Corporation. |

| Tyler Williams is the President and CEO of Wurldtech Security Technologies. Williams co-founded Wurldtech in 2006 with partner Dr. Nate Kube and is responsible for defining strategic plans for revenue growth, defining marketing and commercial strategies, and strengthening global business partnerships. |
Variously described as focused, passionate, sincere, hard-charging and dynamic, Williams has infused Wurldtech with his own brand of energetic leadership, vision and spirit. Tyler’s aggressive approach and business acumen enable him to be successful as a young executive in the complex, fluid and fast-moving IT industry. His leadership and determination have enabled Wurldtech to outpace its peers and claim the leadership mantle as a trusted security partner to some of the world’s largest organizations.
Prior to starting Wurldtech, Williams was a senior economic analyst with the BC Ministry of Small Business & Economic Development and was responsible for the financial analysis of major public/private sector partnerships. He also consulted frequently with various other Provincial and Federal Government Agencies as well as major consulting firms such as PriceWaterhouseCoopers & Intervistas.
Williams attended the University of Victoria and received a graduate degree in mathematics and economics. While in grad school, Williams was recognized as a prolific theorist whose papers were frequently published in finance and economics journals. He is also a current board member of the Canadian and British Columbia Association of Professional Economists and regular speaker for the BC Technology Industry Association. |

Dr. Nate Kube is co-founder and Chief Technology Officer of Wurldtech™ Security Technologies, Inc. In is this role, Dr. Kube brings over than 10 years of extensive experience in network security and a proven talent and skill set to quickly convert technical ideas into marketable, commercially viable products. As CTO, Dr. Kube works closely with Wurldtech's Research, Engineering and Marketing teams to assure the successful implementation of advanced security technologies into SCADA and process automation environments.
Prior to starting Wurldtech™, Dr. Kube was a doctoral candidate at the University of Victoria where he taught graduate courses in network security and coding theory, as well as conducted research in embedded systems testing, multi threaded/data flow processor architecture, functional and declarative languages, and fault-tolerant computing. Further, he worked as a technical advisor to the Group for Advanced Information Technology (GAIT) at the British Columbia Institute of Technology where he designed a number of security technologies for the Industrial Automation Industry. Dr. Kube also created an innovative wireless solution that subsequently revolutionized its application domain and served as expert consultant to law enforcement agencies.
Dr. Kube has co-authored a number of best practices for the Industrial Cyber Security Industry and is a voting member of standards bodies such as ISA SP99. Dr. Kube’s research efforts have been heavily funded by the Canadian Government through IRAP and NERC programs and have produced papers and provisional patents in Network Test Automation. Dr. Kube has been the recipient of numerous prestigious accolades such as the Riddle Memorial Scholarship for Mathematics, Canadian Research Council Scholarship, and has accepted awards from the British Columbia Innovation Council. He holds a Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics, as well as a Doctoral Degree in Computer Science. |

| Christina was named VP of Operations in 2007 and assumes responsibility for all professional services including: security consulting & assessments, Achilles certification, pre and post-sale operations, customer support and product rollout services. As a member of Wurldtech’s executive team, Quan will also utilize her extensive technology and business experience to contribute to the organization’s strategic growth planning. |
| Prior to joining Wurldtech, Quan was the Manager of Technical Services at Ventyx Inc.(formerly known as MDSI), headquartered in Vancouver where she was primarily responsible for implementation, delivery, and customer management of multi-million dollar projects in telecommunications, utilities and broadband industries. Before joining MDSI in 2001, she also held a senior position at Brooks Automation, specializing in automation solutions for complex manufacturing environments. In both positions Quan led successful projects to integrate a wide array of resources to provide maximum value to clients and other stakeholders. Having held a variety of positions, from technical lead and project engineer to consulting and account management, she brings a solid understanding of integrating technology with business processes and strong customer relationship management. |

| Bryan Singer was named Vice-President of Professional Services of Wurldtech in 2007 and is charged with leading the security team focused on improving the overall reliability, efficiency, and security of the systems and networks that operate industrial automation and critical infrastructure worldwide. |
Mr. Singer joined Wurldtech™ from FluidIQ’s where he led the development and implementation of specialized security services for more than 3,000 industrial facilities worldwide, across numerous vertical industries. Prior to joining FluidIQ’s, Mr. Singer was the Manager of Network and Security Services at Rockwell Automation. He began his professional career with the US Military focusing on issues such as physical, systems, network security and force protection. Since that time, he has worked in software development in over 25 professional coding languages, worked in UNIX and mainframe systems, supported large scale ERP, MES, LIMS, and SPC implementations, and has spent significant time in cyber security projects focusing on risk analysis, vulnerability testing, penetration testing, risk mitigation strategies, and enterprise architecture and design including technical and policy based countermeasures and remediation strategies.
Mr. Singer is the founding chairman and now co-chairman of ISA SP-99, Industrial Automation and Control Systems Security Standards Committee, a standards body focusing on the security issues of the control systems environment. He is also a US Technical Expert to multiple IEC standards bodies, a representative to the Idaho National Labs Recommended Practices Commission, a previous board member to the US Department of Homeland Defense’s Process Control Systems Forum (PCSF), and is active globally as an industry advocate in industrial security and critical infrastructure protection. Mr. Singer has over 16 years experience working in industrial automation and critical infrastructure sectors - such as Power & Energy, Oil & Gas, Transportation and Water. Mr. Singer has a Bachelors’ Degree in Computer Information Systems from Phoenix University, and holds the CISSP and CISM certifications. |

| Breen holds the position of Vice President of Product Development and leads the engineering team responsible for the Achilles Test Platform and the commercialization of several other security products currently under development. |
With more than 20 years of advanced technology and executive management experience, Liblong joins Wurldtech from Verano, a U.S. industrial cyber-security company. In his role as vice president of software development at Verano, Breen was instrumental in repositioning the company into emerging markets, and led the creation of new security products for critical infrastructure with the development of the Industrial DefenderTM product line.
Prior to Verano, Breen served as director of both desktop and specialty searches at AltaVista Company, a world leader in search technology. There, Breen built and led teams that developed a number of specialty Internet search products, including desktop, news and directory search. He also oversaw the Canadian engineering operations of AltaVista, and was chief information architect in charge of AltaVista’s expansion into the portal arena. |
